EcoRadio is a product of Cyber Bottega SRL, a company incorporated in Italy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Cyber Bottega SRL.
Eligibility
EcoRadio is for people 16 and older (the GDPR digital-consent age in many EU member states; in some countries the threshold is higher). By using the app you confirm you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accounts
You can use EcoRadio anonymously or by creating an account with email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information, do not share your account with others, and notify us at legal@ecoradio.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
User-generated content and audio ownership
You own the voice recordings and other content you post on EcoRadio. By posting, you grant Cyber Bottega SRL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, cache, transcode, and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating and improving EcoRadio. This license ends when you delete the content, except to the extent it is retained in backups or moderation records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not upload content that: is illegal or promotes illegal activity; harasses, threatens, dehumanises, or incites violence against a person or group; contains sexual content involving minors; contains hate speech or targeted abuse; is spam, scam, or unauthorised advertising; infringes intellectual-property rights; violates someone else's privacy; or contains recordings of identifiable individuals without their consent where such consent is required by applicable law. You also must not attempt to bypass moderation, scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
Recording other people
Local laws on recording other people's voices vary and can be strict. You are solely responsible for complying with the recording, consent, and publication laws that apply where you record. Do not upload recordings of identifiable people who have not consented to being recorded and shared.
Copyright and intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on EcoRadio infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, send a notice to legal@ecoradio.app including: (a) your contact details; (b) a description of the work you claim is infringed; (c) the URL or ID of the whisper you claim is infringing; (d) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and (e) your signature (electronic is fine). We will review notices promptly and may remove content, notify the uploader, or terminate repeat infringers.
Reporting and moderation
Any listener can report a whisper from the app. Reports are reviewed by human moderators. We may hide, delete, or restore whispers, resolve reports, warn or suspend accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect the community. Moderation actions and reasons are recorded internally for audit.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to EcoRadio, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your account poses a risk to other users or to the service. You may stop using EcoRadio and delete your account at any time from Settings.
Service availability
EcoRadio is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Bottega SRL and its officers, employees, and processors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of EcoRadio. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for consumers under mandatory rules of their country of residence.
Intellectual property in the app itself
The EcoRadio name, logo, application, code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Cyber Bottega SRL and its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
AI voices
Bot accounts are clearly labeled with an AI badge. You may not impersonate a bot or pass off AI-generated audio as a human whisper.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes may be brought before the competent court of your place of residence or the courts of Italy.
Changes
We'll tell you in-app before material changes take effect.
