By accessing or using EcoRadio, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms in order to use EcoRadio.

Anonymous Sessions do not require signup. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and to any secret deletion links associated with your Whispers. Anonymous Sessions may be lost if your device storage is cleared, and we may not be able to recover anonymous content or identity without a Recovery Email. Anonymous Sessions remain subject to all rules and moderation requirements of the Service.

When you create a Registered Account you must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account’s security. Protect your password and access credentials, notify us at hello@cyberbottega.com if you suspect unauthorised access, and do not create accounts to evade suspensions or bans.

If a Recovery Email is available, it is used solely to help you recover access to your Anonymous Session or Registered Account. It is not used for marketing and is never displayed publicly.

• Use the Service lawfully and respect other users.
• Avoid misuse and keep your credentials secure.
• Obtain consent before recording or publishing other people.
• Respect privacy, copyright, publicity and other rights.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the lawful right and necessary consent to record and publish voices, conversations or sounds involving other people. EcoRadio does not grant permission to record people unlawfully.

You retain ownership of your Whispers and other content you submit to the Service.

By posting content on EcoRadio, you grant Cyber Bottega S.r.l. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, stream, display, distribute, adapt technically, moderate and remove such content, limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure and promote the Service. The licence ends when you delete your content, subject to technical backup cycles, legal obligations, security records, and content already shared or embedded where instant deletion is not possible. Cyber Bottega S.r.l. does not claim ownership of your content.

Cyber Bottega S.r.l. may review reports; hide, remove, restore or restrict content; suspend or terminate accounts; restrict Anonymous Sessions; block devices, identifiers or IP addresses; and preserve evidence where legally required. We may act without prior notice when necessary for safety, legal compliance, security or abuse prevention. We do not promise that all content will be reviewed before publication.

You can report a Whisper directly from the app using the report menu on any Whisper. Reports are reviewed by human moderators.

The EcoRadio name, the Cyber Bottega name, branding, logos, software, interface, design, source code, databases, documentation and original platform content are the intellectual property of Cyber Bottega S.r.l. and its licensors. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

Bot accounts, where present, are clearly labelled with an AI badge. You may not impersonate a bot or pass off AI-generated audio as a human Whisper.

Any feedback you voluntarily provide about the Service may be used by Cyber Bottega S.r.l. without compensation or obligation.

EcoRadio relies on third-party providers, currently Supabase and Cloudflare, and may be accessed through browsers or app stores that have their own terms. Those services are governed by their own agreements; EcoRadio does not control them.

The Service may change. Features may be added, removed or suspended. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and outages may occur, and data loss may occur despite reasonable safeguards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Italian or EU consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyber Bottega S.r.l. and its officers, employees and processors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or mandatory consumer rights.

Where legally enforceable, you agree to indemnify Cyber Bottega S.r.l. for claims arising from your unlawful content, your misuse of the Service, your infringement of third-party rights, or your violation of these Terms. This does not reduce mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time; Registered Account users may delete their accounts from Settings; Anonymous Sessions may be lost or terminated. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability and disputes) will continue to apply.

We may make reasonable changes to features and functionality of the Service at any time.

Material changes will be communicated in-app and take effect on the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at hello@cyberbottega.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms forces you into arbitration or waives rights that mandatory law grants to you.
